Breaking News! Air Force jet crashes on training mission near Wichi
WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Emergency crews at Sheppard Air Force base are
responding to the crash of a jet on a training mission.
The high-altitude, supersonic T-38C Talon went down about 7:45 a.m.
Thursday, a public affairs spokeswoman said.
It was not immediately known how many were on board or whether there
are any deaths or injuries.
A base official tells KAUZ-TV in Wichita Falls that the incident
happened on base. Witnesses say they saw one person eject.

Sheppard Air Force is located about five miles north of Wichita Falls
in North Texas.
